Mihamex Joint Stock Company (formerly known as: Thai Minh Food Processing Joint Stock Company) was established in December 1994, named after the instant noodle factory under Thien Minh Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of products. assorted instant noodles with brands, MIHAMEX, MITIFOOD, THAIFOOD.

Along with the strong economic growth of Vietnam, the brands of instant noodles MIHAMEX, MITIFOOD, THAIFOOD, become more and more famous and are present all over Vietnam and some Eastern European countries.

In 1998, seeing instant noodles as a large potential market, the instant noodle factory affiliated with Thien Minh Company separated from Thien Minh Company to become an independent company and changed its name to a Joint Stock Company.

Thai Minh food processing plant and at the same time moved the production location from Truong Dinh to Phu Minh Industrial Cluster – Bac Tu Liem District – TP. Hanoi Vietnam. On December 26, 2018, Thai Minh Food Processing Joint Stock Company changed its new name to Mihamex Joint Stock Company.
